Chocolate + Fashion

When I was younger and not long ago I hated the kitchen and everything that had to do with cooking, except for baking. Lately I’ve been cooking and baking more often stuff that I really like, “googoling” and researching recipes online and buying cooking books. Yesterday for example I was baking chocolate chunk cookies, and let me tell you that I find it really calming when I prepare something with love and because I want to, it adds it that special something and you feel very good when you see the results.

Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Baking is something that I enjoy doing since I was in high school. I think it’s fun how you can create so much by following the recipe and mixing the ingredients, or even editing the recipe and experiment by adding and/or removing other ingredients. Today I was feeling a little more like doing brownies, so I decided since it was a beautiful Sunday morning to bake dark chocolate fudge brownies! There’s nothing better than the feeling of accomplishment when you get the results you were expecting.
